It is a necessary requirement for the purchase of the products offered on this site that you read and accept the following Terms and Conditions. The use of our services, as well as the purchase of our products, implies that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use outlined in this document.
All products offered through our website may be created, billed, shipped, or presented by a third-party website, in which case they will be subject to their own Terms and Conditions. In some cases, to purchase a product, user registration may be required, with the submission of truthful personal data and the creation of a password.
The user may choose and change the password for their account access at any time, if registered and if required for the purchase of any of our products. Tinto Figuero is not responsible if the user shares this password with third parties.
All purchases and transactions carried out through this website are subject to a confirmation and verification process, which may include checking product stock and availability, validating the payment method, validating the invoice (if applicable), and fulfilling the conditions required by the selected payment method. In some cases, verification may be required via email.
The prices of the products offered on this Online Store are valid only for purchases made on this website.

Shipping and Returns Policy
Tinto Figuero delivers to mainland Spain.
Shipments are made within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping Conditions:
• 5–10Kg: €9.87
• Free shipping on orders over €50

REFUND POLICY
The user will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, fully or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with Article 102(d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.
Once this period has expired, Viñedos y Bodegas García Figuero will not accept returns for withdrawal from product purchases.
In the event of withdrawal from the purchase, the user must contact Viñedos y Bodegas García Figuero by sending an email to bodega@figuero.es.
In any case, for the withdrawal to be valid, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, retaining its original packaging and labeling.
• The return must be made using the same box or, failing that, similar packaging that ensures the product’s condition.
• The shipment must include proof of purchase along with the delivery note, clearly indicating which products are being returned.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Without prejudice to any other rights that may apply to the user, they shall have the right to a refund of the price of defective products or products that do not match the order placed. Additionally, the user has the right to request and receive a replacement product in perfect condition.
In cases of returns due to defective products or products that do not correspond to the order, the return must be made by the user according to the procedure described above. However, in these cases, the user will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the user has followed the established procedure and fulfilled the requirements set out above, Tinto Figuero will refund the corresponding amount paid for the returned products that are defective or do not match the order, as outlined in the following section.

REFUND OF PRODUCT PRICE TO THE USER
If the user has followed the procedure set out in this section and fulfilled the established requirements, Tinto Figuero will refund the amount paid by the user for the returned products. In the case of withdrawal under the user’s right described in section 1, Tinto Figuero will not cover any return costs or shipping fees.
The user will not be entitled to a refund if the returned products are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or if the requirements outlined in these Return Conditions have not been met.
Partial returns of an order will result in a refund corresponding to the returned product(s) only.
Tinto Figuero will process the refund using the same payment method used by the user during the purchase, within a maximum period of 30 days from the product’s return, and once it has verified that the returned products meet the conditions outlined in Sections 1 and 2. The timing of the refund appearing in the user’s account will depend on their banking institution.
